Melissa is a certified coach with a passion for helping people grow—both personally and professionally. With a strong background in Human Resources, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her coaching, empowering individuals and teams to reach their goals.
Her experience as an HR professional, sharpened key skills like active listening, mentoring, and relationship-building. Over the years, she has worked with diverse individuals and partnered with leaders to support growth and development at all levels.
Now, Melissa is focused on formally sharing her strengths and insights to inspire lasting change and measurable success.
Melissa is a member of ICF and is working toward her accreditation.
